The new City, recently introduced by Honda Malaysia, has “Stunned” everyone by amassing a total of 2.000 bookings within just ten days of its official debut. This meant that the 2017 City has managed to achieve its monthly target, set by the company.
As the second model to debut this year, the refreshed City continues the uptrend sales momentum for Honda Malaysia. This sales drive further spur the overall sales target of 100,000 units for Honda Malaysia in 2017. The V variant is the most popular variant, leading the bookings at 44% followed by the E variant at 38%. The S variant which has the most additions in terms of new value-added features experienced more than a threefold jump in bookings to 18%, as compared to its previous 5% ratio. From the bookings, Lunar Silver Metallic color is the most sought after by customers.
The 2017 City offers ‘C-segment features at B-segment price’ and is much adored model for the citizens, especially young families and single working adults. The 2017 City’s price is maintained for the E and V variants while the S variant’s price has been lowered from the previous S+ variant. Other than the price, the other ‘Stunning’ factors of the 2017 City are: the numerous features normally found on a class-above sedans, sleek exterior; and the V variant’s LED headlights, foglights, DRLs and rearlights, spoiler with LED brake light and dual-tone wheels.
In terms of spaciousness and practicality, the 4th Generation City provides a comfort level that is comparable with D-segment models. For added convenience, the 2017 City comes with 60:40 foldable rear seats for owners to fully utilize space through passenger-trunk configurations and a hatchback utility.
The safety element of the 2017 City is no less impressive with these added features: Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), Hill Start Assist(HSA), Emergency Stop Signal and up to six airbags only (V variant).

On delivery, Honda Malaysia assures customers that they are working hard to deliver the 2017 City to all the new owners and that stocks are available at the current booking pace.

The 3S campaign is valid from 1 March – 30 April.
