Bermaz Motor’s massive 130,000 sq. ft. 3S Center is spread over four floors and represents the largest Mazda showroom in all of South East Asia. The four floors comprise of two dedicated levels for car exhibits, an exemplary service center with up to 30 service bays on the lower ground level, and other related customer amenities such as a dedicated lounge, F&B area and more.
In order to obtain the reputable QMS ISO9001:2008 certification, Bermaz Motor underwent an evaluation process that comprised these modules: Quality Management System development, Management System Documentation review, Pre-Audit, Initial Assessment and Clearance of non-conformances. All audit and evaluation processes were conducted by the governing body, Sirim QAS International. The accurately defined processes, coupled with Bermaz Motor’s infallible cooperation from top level management to service personnel assured that the company’s attempt to obtain the ISO9001:2008 certification was a success. Bermaz Motor management and staff exhibited their willingness to strive for continuous improvement and competence throughout the two-week certification program. The program was also in line with Bermaz Motor’s core objective of creating a workforce that’s loyal, competent and intelligent.
In addition, the successful certification process meant that Bermaz Motor’s company policies, business practices and procedures, as well as the quality of products and services had met the highest standards possible. Bermaz Motor’s ISO9001:2008 certification further gives customers, partners and dealers overall confidence in the company’s response rate efficiency, which leads to ultimate customer satisfaction. In order to sustain the ISO9001:2008 in the coming years, Bermaz Motor is ready to perform planned audits and management reviews for consistent compliance and explore relevant improvisation initiatives.
