In order to ensure customers health and safety, BMW Group Malaysia in collaboration with Allianz Worldwide Partners, today introduced a brand new solution for contactless customer service with a new Door-to-Door service to further enhance the BMW premium ownership experience.
This new Door-to-Door service allow BMW and MINI customers nationwide to request for and receive vehicle service from their preferred dealer without leaving the comfort of their home. After a request is submited, a BMW service provider will be assigned to collect the BMW or MINI vehicle from the customer’s doorstep and transport the vehicle to the chosen dealership for service. Once the service is completed, the vehicle will also be returned to the customer at their preferred location.
Additionally, the Door-to-Door service allows customers to arrange for doorstep delivery of their new BMW or MINI vehicle directly from their preferred dealership. The new vehicle will be specially delivered via a flatbed– depending on the location and customer’s preference.
