Tribe Toyota runs a more enhanced safety and survival skill for this year’s edition

  Tribe Toyota is a plaform for all Toyota owners to participate in related community services from road, personal safety activities to day-to-day survival skills. Spearheaded by UMW Toyota Motor, the 2013 Tribe Toyota features the well-received Captain K. Bala, the founder of the Malaysian Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association (MVFRA) and also key speaker at this edition’s  Tribe Toyota workshops. Additionally, the first workshop, scheduled for 19 May between 8.30a.m. – 1p.m., brings together two renowned criminologists; Assistant Superintendent of Police, Foo Chek Seng and Dr. Geshina Ayu Mat Saat. The second session from 1.30p.m. onwards is reserved for the ladies only. Subsequent Toyota Tribe workshops have been scheduled for 8 June at Toyota Sales & Service Center Mutiara Motorsports, Johor from 9a.m. – 1.30p.m., 9 June at Toyota Sales & Service Center Saksama Otomobil, Johor from 9a.m. – 1.30p.m, and lastly, 23 June at Toyota Service Centre, Wing Hin Automobile, Balakong 9a.m. – 1.30p.m. At the workshops, the major highlight is the Tribe Toyota Safety and Survival training. Through the Tribe Safety and Survival skill training workshops, UMW Toyota Motor hopes to reach out to Toyota owners with the aim to equip them with knowledge on road safety and personal security, as well as combating crime.
