Porsche Taycan completes final test prior to world debut

The all-new, all-electric Porsche Taycan is preparing for its world premiere on 4 September with a 24-hour test at the Nardo high speed test in Italy. This final test of the Taycan covered 3,425 kilometers. The total distance covered is roughly a run from the south of Italy to the top most of Norway’s city of Trondheim. The average speed was between 195 –  215 km/h, with peak temperatures of 42 degrees Celsius and a track temperature of up to 54 degrees Celsius. The two Aston Martin hypercars Valkyrie and Valhalla have taken flight at the brand’s test facility in Silverstone. The Valhalla is driven for the first time since conceptualization and has made its North American debut at Monterey Car Week last weekend. Jaguar XV SE Project 8 smashes record at Nürburgring

These days, everybody is trying to put their cars against the rigorous trials at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Jaguar Land Rover is the latest manufacturer to demonstrate that, with the XE SV Project 8. Under their Jaguar Special Vehicle Operations, the newer Jaguar XE SV 8 was put to the trials to beat the four-door production car record at the ‘Nur’.
