Caltex Havoline autoPro is now in full effect with the announcement of an autoPro workshop program. This new, professional setup program has been initiated to give customers who service their cars at Havoline workshops more convenience and other value-added treats.
The new Havoline autoPro workshop program is tailored for quick-lube automotive business partners who wish to expand their businesses and gain credibility as a preferred operator. The comprehensive program, unveiled at Osaga Service Center, one of the first partner workshops to adopt the program, is designed to offer the right expertise and resources needed to develop and protect businesses.
To seamlessly protect what matters, the core of the Caltex Havoline autoPro workshop program are five key pillars, all of which are planned with specific objectives in mind and to serve and deliver the most effective results and help improve the capabilities of partnered workshops. The benefits include flexible entry criteria, comprehensive program with training, incentives and business development funds, and a refreshed image standards. Partnered workshops have to fulfill sales numbers, but dividend comes in the form of incentives like full Caltex Havoline autoPro branding and related benefits.

Caltex Havoline has been a household name when It comes to lubricants and fuel products. One of the brand’s earliest partnered workshop Kian Ann Car Service Center (Setapak) has been with the brand since 1989. Now, the 2nd-generation owner Edmund Tan is obviously a firm believer in the new Caltex Havoline autoPro workshop program. The kick-off of the new Caltex Havoline autoPro program starts with Osaga Service center and Kian Ann Car Service. Chevron M’sia hopes to grow or have more service centers adopt its new program in the coming months. To celebrate the launch of the Caltex Havoline autoPro workshop, Caltex will be running a special promotion for the first 100 customers who register to get their car serviced at Osaga Service center, located in Kajang, beginning today. The first 50 customers who register will receive free labor charge for basic oil change and Techron Concentrate Plus worth RM100. Subsequent 50 customers stand to receive free labor charge for basic oil change worth RM50.
