|For the second year in succession, the Citroën C4 Picasso range has scooped the Fleet World Honors ‘Best MPV’ title. The award was presented to Citroën at the Fleet World Honors 2015 ceremony in London, U.K.|
Fleet World Honors organization has picked the C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso as joint winners in the ‘Best MPV’ category thanks to the MPV’s infinitely practical, distinctive and stylish attributes. At the same time, the Grand C4 Picasso remains the only 7-seat MPV to emit less than 100g/km of CO2 without hybrid technology. Despite a multitude of strong contenders in the segment, the C4 Picasso continues to set the standard in its class.
Both the 5-seat C4 Picasso and 7-seat Grand C4 Picasso are offered with a wide choice of equipment, including dual-zone air conditioning, panoramic windscreen, active radar-guided cruise control, 7-inch Touch Drive interface and a 12-inch panoramic HD central display. The range-topping C4 Picasso Exclusive+ even has a front passenger seat with a massage function and an electric leg rest, as standard.
On the domestic front, Naza Euro Motors has presented the Grand C4 Picasso at an official ceremony in mid-April. The Grand C4 Picasso petrol arrives on the scene just in time, with domestic vehicles demand leaning towards SUV and MPV segments. The Technospace-themed MPV is presented in Citroen’s most engaging form factor yet, with emphasis on the EMP2 platform that combines versatility, interior space and accessibility into a single piece of art in a larger shell.
The Citroen Grand C4 Picasso is powered by a 1.6-liter e-THP 165 engine, paired to a six-speed auto transmission, for an output of 165 PS with 240 Nm of torque. The Grand C4 Picasso is offered in four distinctive colors: Blue Teles, Noir Onyx, Rogue Babylone (Red) and Blanc Banquise (White). The on-the-road with insurance price tag is RM179,888, including a 5-year unlimited warranty and 24-hour roadside assistance.
