Hyundai has began production of the new-generation i30 at its Manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic. Designed, developed and manufactured in Europe, the new i30 is Hyundai’s DNA car in Europe. It will be available at dealerships across Europe from January 2017 onwards.
The new Hyundai i30 is the most important car for the Korean Brand in Europe. Designed and developed at the European R&D center in Germany and manufactured at the plant in Nošovice, the i30 will meet the requirements of European customers.

A comfortable and dynamic driving experience with a large choice of efficient and dynamic powertrains, the new Hyundai i30 supports very agile and responsive handling and is the first Hyundai car to feature the new turbo-charged petrol engine, the 1.4 T-GDI with 140 PS.
In looks, the new Hyundai i30 takes on a new design signature, namely the cascading grille with chrome-plated dots for a sophisticated appearance. In combination with the three-projector full LED (low and high beam) headlights and the LED vertical daytime running lights with indicator function, the new i30 has a strong visual presence at the front. To further enhance this projector-type front, fog lights are integrated into the air curtains.
With its harmonious proportions, short front and rear overhangs, a long bonnet with a moved back A pillar, the car has a dynamic and compact stance on the road. The new i30 features a sleek character line that flows very naturally from the headlight along the almost horizontal belt line to connect with LED rear lights and further wraps around the rear for a timeless and dynamic appearance. From the rear, Its strong rear-end design with a sculpted and 3-dimensional appearance featuring a signature light graphic incorporating the high-positioned reflectors and fog lights sets the car apart on the road. The new Hyundai i30 is available with 17-inch two tone 10-spoke alloy wheels, 16-inch two-tone 10-spoke alloy wheels or 15-inch steel and alloy wheels. There are twelve exterior colors available for the new i30.
Inside, the new i30 takes up a floating screen of the optional eight-inch navigation touch screen on the dashboard that integrates all navigation, media and connectivity features. At the same time, the new multifunction three-spoke steering allows easy and intuitive operation of all functions through an ergonomically positioned operation controls and can be heated for enhanced comfort. Climate and temperature switches are conveniently located on the center console and easily accessible. The driver’s seat comes with a memory seat function with two programmable seat positions. Furthermore, cabin and boot space have been enhanced for occupants, thanks to the presence of an optional panoramic glass sunroof and luggage capacity of up to 395 liters. Interior schemes available consist of three color and material combinations.
The new Hyundai i30 is powered by a range of small-displacement turbo charged petrol and diesel engines delivering a dynamic and efficient driving experience. There are three petrol engines and one diesel engine: new 1.4 T-GDI turbocharged four cylinder engine, 1.0 T-GDI turbocharged three cylinder engine with 120 PS, 1.4 MPI four cylinder with 100 PS, and the 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine. Each engine is paired to either the six-speed manual transmission (6MT) or seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (7DCT).
