Hyundai Motor has released first images of the high-performance N concept, the RN30, that will celebrate its world premiere at 2016 Paris Motor Show. The motorsport-inspired racing concept is developed to deliver passion and pleasure on the track for everybody.

Based on the New Generation Hyundai i30, the RN30 was born as a racing machine, developed in close collaboration with Hyundai Motorsport (HMSG), Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center (HMETC) and Hyundai Motor’s Performance Development & High Performance Vehicle Division. The striking concept is distinguished by its purposeful aerodynamic design and specialized high-performance technologies that deliver thrilling high-speed driving.

The silhouette of the RN30 is unmistakably inherited from the clean and cohesive lines of the New Generation Hyundai i30, but with a lower, wider stance to enable greater stability during high speed driving and cornering.

Apart from the RN30 Concept, Hyundai will showcase the new i30 and i10 at their Paris MS stand.  The new Hyundai i30 comes with an appealing design, high build quality, an efficient and dynamic ride and a state-of-the-art safety package, as well as plenty of active safety features.

In design, the new Hyundai i30 further evolves Hyundai’s design language with natural flowing lines, refined surfaces and a sculpted body to create a timeless and confident appearance.

A comfortable and dynamic driving experience with a large choice of efficient and dynamic powertrains, the new Hyundai i30 supports very agile and responsive handling and is the first Hyundai car to feature the new turbo-charged petrol engine, the 1.4 T-GDI with 140 PS.

The other highlight is the new Hyundai i10, which  comes with many design refinements for a more emotionally appealing look, including the new Cascading front grille. It is characterized by its curved natural flowing line and will become the new family identity for Hyundai models in the future.

At the front, the new i10 features a new bumper design and new round LED DRLs (daytime running lights), positioned at the edges of the new cascading grille. From the rear, the 2016 i10 is also characterized by an evolved bumper design, including refined materials on the rear lights, a new black inlay as well as round rear fog lights mirroring the new front design. Redesigned side mouldings with a new shape and size round off the profile of the i10. Further elements added include 14-inch steel or alloy wheels, larger front bump stopper and more.

Moving to the interior, the 2016 i10 comes with a new shade of red cloth. Customers can now also choose from blue and black interior colors on all trims.. To enhance ride and handling, the new i10 gets larger front bump stopper and a modified steering gear ratio.

Like its predecessor, the 2016 Hyundai i10 will come with the proven choice of two petrol engines, 1.0-liter and 1.25-liter, driving the front wheels through five-speed manual as standard or four-speed automatic gearboxes.
