For the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Hyundai put out the Veloster N Performance Concept to showcase the brand’s aftermarket additions and accessories.

The Veloster N Performance Concept features engineered, OEM-quality performance additions for the Veloster N model. These bolt-on accessories are available for the interior and as car configuration options. As a performance concept, Hyundai went all out with the Veloster N by bolting on an Extreme Racing coilover suspension with H&R® coil springs to ensure the car is ready for any road or track conditions. Next, the car features a Daewon Steel anti-roll bar on the front and back to give it a track car-like capability. For onvious reasons, he Veloster N Performance gets sturdier chassis braces on front, center and rear, as well as an aluminum caliper bracket.

Braking, an important aspect for any performance car, is well regarded with the Veloster N Performance’s forged six-piston brakes at the front and four-piston brake calipers at the rear. The brakes are manufactured by Alcon. The enlarged front and rear calipers measure 380mm and 360mm respectively. Meanwhile, the wheels are specially selected OZ 8.0JJ x 19.0-inch with N-brand carbon wheel cap, finished off with Pirelli P-Zero Corsa 235/35R19.

To give the car a distinguishing look at the lower rear portion, the Veloster N Performance is fitted with a Capristo cat-back anodized exhaust tips.

For a menacing front-end impression, the Veloster N Performance is decked with a KWA hood inside and out. To make the front-end pops out, Hyundai added grille garnish, fog light garnish and a front splitter. More special decals are adeed to the engine cover, side mirrors, side sills, rear spoiler, and diffuser.

Well, this concept isn’t just about the exterior. The interior of the Veloster N Performance receives several important additions. The aluminium gear knob has Alcantara cover at the bottom, while the steering’s lower has bezel treatment. Extra ornamentations are available on the parking lever, air vent surround, headliner and pillar liners, instrument panel, armrest, door trim, door control bezel and horn pad.

As Hyundai’s performance division, the interior of the Veloster carries the full repertoire of the best of N Performance equipment, starting with the N-branded door sill covers and Alcantara/Carbon Sport seats. Making more race car-like sentiments are the red engine start button, colored seat belt webbing and sport floor mats.

The impressive Hyundai Veloster N Performance Concept is on display at the SEMA exhibition. Hyundai plans to introduce its entire aftermarket options and accessories to U.S. customers in due time.
