2015 Infiniti Q60 Convertible The Infiniti Q60 Concept is ready to awe the American public at the upcoming NAIAS (North American International Auto Show) in January. Infiniti is also displaying its newest VMY15 variants for the North American market

Infiniti, having just celebrated its 25th Anniversary last month, is upbeat about the year ahead, with its newest variants ready to roll out; the new variants consist of the Infiniti Q70, the Q60s Coupe and Convertible, Q60, Q50, Q40, QX80, QX70, QX60 and QX50.

With the Q60 Concept, the concept bears Infiniti’s familiar muscular lines and is defined by pure, well-defined contours. Overall proportions and full-sized wheels placed out at the corners of Q60 Concept make an unmistakable design statement and add to the exhilaration of the performance coupe.

This latest concept builds upon the design language seen on recent Infiniti concept cars, foreshadowing the strong visual consistency to be a key ingredient of products in the future Infiniti line-up.

In the United States, the Q60 variant is available in Coupe and Convertible versions. The Q60 Coupe offers a combination of dynamic design, exhilarating performance and a modern, luxuriously crafted interior. The top-flight Q60S Coupe limited editions get more refinements on the exterior and interior, including a sport muffler. In all, there are five versions of the Q60 Coupe.

The Infiniti Q60 Convertible, based on the Q60 Coupe, utilizes a variant-exclusive design from the A-pillars back, including a unique body structure and a wider rear track.

With the top up, the Q60 Convertible maintains its classic coupe-like silhouette through use of a special three-piece “clamshell” retractable hardtop, which allows for both a stylish shorter rear overhang and a low trunk lid. The automatic top opening/closing sequence takes approximately 30 seconds from start to finish. Only two versions are valid; the Q60 Convertible and Q60S Convertible 6MT.

Both the Infiniti Q60 Coupe and Convertible will be available from July, with two new body hues Majestic White and Hagane Blue.
