Mitsubishi Malaysia wins JD Power CSI for second straight year
Mitsubishi Malaysia again received the highest rank in the J.D. Power 2019 Malaysia Customer Service Index (CSI) Mass Market Study, for a 2nd year. The study showed the brand held the top spot for all things after-sales with highest customer satisfaction. With average points of 761, Mitsubishi aced these factors service quality (25%); vehicle pick-up (21%); service initiation (20%); service facility (17%) and service advisor (16%).
Nissan’s DriveOn app
Nissan Malaysia (Tan Chong Motors) with their other subsidiary TCEAS has announced the first car service mobile application, DriveOn. This app is applicable for owners of brands under the group: Nissan, Renault and Infiniti. This app offers a real-time convenience for owners to plan their vehicle maintenance:
Ford’s festive promo.
Ford Malaysia again spread a latest promo on their one and only top-selling model, the Ranger pick up. This promo ties with the upcoming Malaysian Independence day and Malaysia day festivities. Valid from 1 August – 30 September, customers who purchase either the Ranger WildTrak or Ranger Raptor get free maintenance for two years. A gas gift card worh RM1,000 is up for grabs too. In addition, the Ranger WildTrak comes with a rebate of RM3,000.
