The festive promos come early for potential Mitsubishi customers, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has announced exclusive deals and cash bonuses for the upcoming Raya festive period. Customers who book and register a new Mitsubishi from today until 30 June will enjoy cash bonuses worth up to RM9, 000.
The festive season campaign is applicable for the Mitsubishi ASX 2WD GL compact SUV with a substantial discount from Rm110,300 to RM 99,000. And that’s not all, the ASX comes with a full manufacturer’s 5-Year Warranty. Next up, Mitsubishi’s best selling pick-up the Triton with MIVEC Turbo Diesel engine is now offered with a cash bonus of up to RM9, 000.
The Mitsubishi Outlander SUV is included with a cash bonuses of up to RM7,000. On the other hand, the Outlander limited edition with complimentary accessories package (Rear seat with DVD player, Digital Video Recorder and Connected Car with GPS) is offered with cash rebates worth up to RM 4,000.
Hassle-free Service and Maintenance during the festive period
Existing Mitsubishi customers can take advantage of MMM’s service campaign from 1 June – 15 July. Customers who service their Mitsubishi cars at authorized Mitsubishi Motors service centers will enjoy e-vouchers and free car air freshener (while stocks last). At the same time, Mitsubishi’s free maintenance package offers complimentary maintenance on parts lubricants and labor costs. Some of the free maintenance parts that are included are engine oil, oil filter, fuel filters, air cleaner, brake fluid, coolant, differential oil and transmission oil (based on the recommended scheduled service).
Mitsubishi tops 2016 .D Power Asia Pacific Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)
In the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia was ranked first over 16 automakers with 815 points over 1000 points in an overall sales satisfaction among mass market brands in the SSI study.
The company scored an almost perfect score across the categories; satisfaction, sales initiation, dealership, deal, salesperson, delivery timing and process.
Now in its 14th year, the JD Power Asia Pacific evaluation study examines sales satisfaction in the mass market segment across six factors that contribute to overall customer satisfaction with the new-vehicle purchase experience (in order of importance): salesperson (19%); dealer facility (19%); delivery timing (17%); deal (16%); delivery process (16%); and sales initiation (13%). Sales satisfaction is calculated on a 1,000-point scale.
