Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has kick-started the year with the “Best Deal in Town” campaign across its diverse line-ups. The Mitsubishi Best Deal in town offers attractive deals with cash bonus worth up to RM12, 000 for selected Mitsubishi models.
Particularly for the Mitsubishi Triton pick-up, cash rebates go as high as RM 9,000; along with the standard 3-year warranty. Mitsubishi Motors takes Number One spot in J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016
In the recent J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia was ranked first over 16 automakers with 815 points over 1000 points in an overall sales satisfaction among mass market brands in the SSI study.
The company scored an almost perfect score across the categories; satisfaction, sales initiation, dealership, deal, salesperson, delivery timing and process.
Now in its 14th year, the study examines sales satisfaction in the mass market segment across six factors that contribute to overall customer satisfaction with the new-vehicle purchase experience (in order of importance): salesperson (19%); dealer facility (19%); delivery timing (17%); deal (16%); delivery process (16%); and sales initiation (13%). Sales satisfaction is calculated on a 1,000-point scale.
