As many as 20 cars from the PCM (Peugeot Club Malaysia), comprising some 25 individual members, turned up to participate the first Nanocool – PCM car club gathering. After registration, PCM members were greeted by the organizers, led by Mr. Allan Tan and Ms. Judy Kong, CEO and CFO of Nanocool Sdn Bhd. Members were then introduced to the recently refurbished Nanocool Window Film and Paint Protection Film facility.

Bose Malaysia presented its unique range of portable devices which included the SoundLink III, SoundLink Mini, QC Series headphones and Soundtrue headphones. PCM members were rather impressed with the light, yet powerful SoundLink (SL) Mini, and several members even took the SL Mini to try it out in their Peugeot cars.
Following a lunch break, Prolube Asia resumed the session on the newest range of Petron lubricants. Prolube Asia is a representative of Petron Fuel International. The company’s Managing Director Por Boon Kuan gave a general overview on the proper application and grade indication of lubricants and transmission fluids. “Through the Nanocool – PCM gathering, we hope to provide PCM members essential tips and insights to allow their cars to perform at its optimal best, and at the same time keeping them abreast of the latest available automotive lubricants from Petron,” Por said.
Petron’s new engine oil line-up comprises the Blaze Racing Fully Synthetic Gasoline Engine oil, Synthetic Blend with TS, Premium Multi-Grade and Multi-Grade with TS. The top flight Blaze Racing engine oil meets the API SN/CF and ACEA A3/B3/B4-08/C3-08 requirements. This top grade engine oil is most suited for Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagens.
After the presentations, PCM members were offered a glimpse of the methodology of premium car detailing. PCM members had the first look at a Peugeot 2008 compact SUV, which was detailed on one half of the bonnet and the other half left untouched. The seasoned PCM Members could instantly recognize the detailed section and non-detailed portion.
The lucky draw session was the final activity for the day where lucky PCM members walked away with Nanocool Window Film worth RM 3,000, Paint Protection films, Peugeot merchandise, Bose SoundTrue headphones (each worth RM700) and Petron lubricants.
