The Peugeot Taiping 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) showroom comprises 9,000 square-foot facility, featuring customer lounges, a Peugeot boutique, Wi-Fi facility and a service center with body & paint workshop. The service center with five bays is able to cater to 20 cars on a daily basis. Built at a cost of RM1 million, Peugeot Taiping is expected to serve customers in these vicinities: Batu Kurau, Bagan Serai, Changkat Jering, Kamunting, Kuala Kangsar, Matang, Padang Rengas, Simpang, Selama and Trong.
Dato’ Samson Anand George, COO of Nasim, remarked, “Taiping is currently undergoing significant progress in infrastructure development. Addressing such potential was key in our decision to launch another outlet in this state within four months. This was further enforced with the results of our extensive feasibility study which revealed that Perak is indeed our fastest growing market.”
“Through our after sales network expansion and the introduction of several new variants, we intend to grow our sales volume this year. Our target is to sell 6,000 cars this year, in line with Malaysian Automotive Association’s forecast of a 2% increase in new vehicle sales,” he added.
In our previous feature, Nasim has kickstarted its extended hours service campaign in time for the upcoming festive season. The extended-hour service campaign is valid from now until 17 February at Peugeot dealerships nationwide. Service operating hours have been extended from regular 5 p.m. closing time till 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m. on Saturdays. In addition, there’s free 30-point check-ups and exclusive gifts for customers who service their cars at the dealerships during the campaign period.
