Nissan (ETCM) showcases LEAF electric car and Almera Nismo Performance Package at KLIMS ’13

At the Nissan booth during the 10-day KLIMS ’13, visitors were able to view the full range of vehicles from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) powered vehicles, to Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) right up to Electric Vehicles (EVs). Main highlights included the LEAF 100 percent electric car, Almera in Nismo Performance Package trims, the Note, Navara with a canopy tent, Serena S-Hybrid, and the wildly decorated ‘Pimp my ride’ Almera.  The Nissan LEAF happened to be the only electric car at the downtrodden KLIMS exhibition this year.

Various fun and exciting activities were also carried out at the Nissan booth throughout the motor show catering to visitors of all ages. There were flash mob dance routines which came to life from within the crowds, as well as informative presentations by ambassadors who interacted with their audiences.

At the Nismo corner, two racing simulators were available for those wanting to experience at being behind the wheel of Nissan race cars. A Nissan Navara kitted-up in off-road gear was also a big hit with children who clambered up into its tree-house styled canopy tent.
