Nissan Malaysia (Edaran Tan Chong Motor) has announced a new edition for 2017 Nissan X-Trail SUV, an Aero Edition for both the 2.0-liter and 2.5-liter variants. The X-Trail Aero edition is priced at RM141,428,96 (2.0l 2WD Aero Edition) and RM163,616.06 (2.5l 4WD Aero Edition), and comes with 7 years, unlimited mileage warranty, whilst the accessories that are factory fitted comes with a 3 years or 100,000km warranty. Prices do not include insurance and additional charges.

The latest version of the aero parts is specially designed by TOMEI Motor Co., Ltd, a distinguished Japanese brand renowned for its technology and performance in motorsports. It includes a front aero bumper, side under spoilers and rear aero bumper for a commanding first impression. The Aero Edition also comes with gloss black 5-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels and luxurious brown Nappa leather seats which adds sophistication to its interior.

In the engine department, the Aero edition X-Trail’s powerplant remains similar to the current model’s 4-cylinders, 16-Valves, DOHC with Twin CVTC specification. The engine is paired to an efficient XTRONIC CVT with 7-Speed Manual. Power output and torque is 144 PS and 200 Nm on the X-Trail 2.0l and 171 PS and 233 Nm on the X-Trail 2/5l.
