GOODYEAR CONCEPT TYRES FEATURE BIOLSOPRENEA TECHNOLOGY

 The World’s first Goodyear concept demonstration tyres made with BioIsopreneä technology made their debut in Copenhagen, Denmark, this week. BioIsopreneä is a breakthrough alternative to replace a petrochemically produced ingredient in the manufacture of synthetic rubber with renewable biomass. One Goodyear tyre will be on display at a lounge in the common departure area at the Copenhagen International Airport throughout 21 December, while the other tyre will make appearances at several special events during the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (COP 15) through December.   Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has recently released its official participation intentions at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show with three concept vehicles and the TF109 Formula One racing car (above) to be made available at the Toyota-brand exhibit in Makuhari, Chiba, Japan from 24 October – 4 November.
