The Petron Blaze 100 fuel has an introductory price per liter of just 2.25, valid from now until 15 January. Prominent car clubs and their esteemed members like VW Club Malaysia, Club Audi Malaysia ans several others have already fueled up with Petron’s Blaze 100 to explore just how effective the fuel with RON 100 derivative really is.
Following its official announcement, the Petron Blaze 100 is currently available at all Petron stations nationwide at RM2.80/liter. Prior to the introduction, only these selected Petron stations carried the Blaze 100: Selangor, the Petron Kesas Westbound and Damansara Kayu Ara; Kuala Lumpur locations Petron Jalan Maarof, Petron Sungai Besi Toll South, Petron Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Petron Federal Highway Mile 3; and Johor, Skudai toll Northbound and Linkedua Southbound.
Officially arriving on the domestic scene in January 2012 when Petron Corporation took over ExxonMobil businesses in its entirety. The acquisition was completed in late March. Thereafter, Petron Subsidiaries in Malaysia were established in early April. By the middle of that year, Esso Malaysia was officially renamed to Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing. Further subsidiaries of Petron Corp. were also renamed to Petron Fuel International, from its previous corporate name ExxonMobil Malaysia, and Petron Oil, formerly ExxonMobil Borneo.
