The Technical center located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam serves as a platform for all outlets nationwide to obtain the latest information on diagnostics expertise with emphasis on improving competency and technical knowledge. The 19,000 sq. ft. center was built on a RM2.5 million investment. It comes equipped with 10 service bays and 17 dedicated and fully-trained team of technicians operating under the expert guidance of a Master Engineer from France. Training is conducted for technicians to further develop their proficiency. With direct access to the main server in France and Shanghai, the Technical Center boasts up-to-the-minute data that can be implemented to upgrade software and hardware.
As part of the RM 5 million, RM 2 Million has been allocated to improve the Peugeot Puchong Body and Paint facility, which measures 20,000 sq. ft.. The Body & Paint facility features delivery bays, estimation bays, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge for its customers. In addition, the facility has 16 bays with the capability to service up to 80 units per day. Peugeot Puchong Body & Paint is equipped with state-of-the-art technology required to repair today’s vehicles. With continued high standards by the Principal, the technicians and staff at Peugeot Puchong Body & Paint are continually trained in the latest methods vital in the automotive collision repair industry.
The final part of the investment would go into expanding the Peugeot mobility assistance or the 3-year complimentary roadside assistance. This 24-hour service covers emergency roadside and breakdown assistance, including home and roadside assistance and towing, towing assistance for Singapore and Thailand, onward travel and hotel accommodation, car assistance, taxi service and emergency message transmission. It is available anytime and anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand (excluding all islands except Penang and Langkawi).
