Peugeot RCZ Red Carbon edition in Moroccan Red or Nera Black

Taking on a higher-specification, the Peugeot RCZ Red Carbon is exclusively available in a choice of Moroccan Red or Nera Black. The ‘Red Carbon’ RCZs are a Limited Edition of 300 units, derived from the Sport version and distinguished with unique badging. Each RCZ Red Carbon features as standard the ‘Vision Pack’ – with Xenon, directional and self-levelling headlights, 19-inch ‘Solstice’ alloy wheels – with their onyx black matt paintwork finish, metallic paintwork in Moroccan Red or Nera Black, complemented by the ‘Black Pack’ which includes matt black roof arches, brilliant black front grille, door mirror covers and brake calipers.

The RCZ Red Carbon LE’s offers bespoke trims and ‘Red Carbon’ badging, which are distinguishable by a red-stitched interior. On the inside, unique ‘Red Carbon’ black style sports front seats trimmed in ‘Simple Leather’ feature red stitching, as do the ‘Red Carbon’ style dashboard, sports steering wheel and short shift gear lever.

For in-car entertainment, Red Carbon edition is equipped with the Peugeot Connect Navigation (RT6), Audio, CD and satellite navigation system and Connect USB Box with Bluetooth connectivity.

For the poweplants, the Red Carbon RCZ is applicable for the 1.6-liter 156 hp petrol engine, 1.6-liter THP 200 engine and 2.0-liter HDi 163 Diesel engine. All powerplants are paired to a standard 6-speed transmission. The top-of-the-range 200 THP engine does a 0 – 100 kmn/h sprint in 7.6 seconds and offers 42.1 mpg combined fuel economy, while the 156 THP and 163 HDi do 44.1 mpg, 8.3 secs and 54.3 mpg, 8.7 secs, respectively. (The Brits use mpg (miles per gallon) instead of km/l).

The Peugeot RCZ ‘Red carbon’ edition retails at £26,000 for the 156 THP, £27,850 for the 163 HDi and £28,400 for 200 THP.
