Polestar 2 gets enhanced with Performance Pack

Polestar, a joint company between Volvo and Geely, has announced Performance Pack for the Polestar 2 model. The Polestar 2 is an electric performance fastback with an avant-garde outlook and infused with the latest technology.

As an electric car, the Polestar 2 gets up to 330 kW and 660 Nm of torque. It has a range to boot as well thanks to a 78 kWh battery. The car is fitted with an all-wheel drive and promises next level driving dynamics. Throw in the Performance Pack, the Polestar 2 receives a 4-piston Brembo front brake setup, adjustable Öhlins dampers and 20-inch forged alloy wheels, complemented by gold seatbelts and valve caps.

On the safety side, a complete suite of driver aids continues to help ensure a dynamic yet safe drive.

The Polestar 2 Performance pack will roll out to Europe first, followed by the U.S. and China. For Europe, reservations are currently possible at Polestar.com for guaranteed 2020 delivery with a fully refundable deposit. With a digital retail model, all Polestar cars are sold online and directly from Polestar. The brand will be opening Polestar Spaces where Polestar Specialists will be able to assist customers with product information and test drives. The locations will open before the end of 2019, with a total of 50 spaces planned globally by the end of 2020.
