Proton’s newest Dealership sets up 3s Center in Seremban

National carmakers Proton has announced its newest 3s Center in Seremban, the capital city of Negeri Sembilan. This 3s center is ran by Proton’s newly-appointed dealer Setia Auto Drive, based in that city. The new 3s center adheres to Proton’s current C.I. and all its formalities.

Joining the Proton bandwagon rather recently,  Setia Auto Drive’s showroom is by far the most updated in all of the State. An investment cost of almost RM3 million turned the factory lot into a dedicated Proton hub with all the neat decos. Almost everyone is rather impressed with the steady growth of the Proton brand of late, which spurred plenty of aspiring businessmen to take up the Proton badge.

Proton’s Setia Auto Drive dealership is located at the Galla Industrial Park, a popular hub for automotive brands in the State. Plus, the dealership is accessible from the PLUS highway which is only five minutes away from the Toll at Bandar Ainsdale and Seremban-Labu exit.

As the newest dealership, customer amenities are plentiful with the usual free Wi-Fi, charging stations and a lounge. The service area has 6 bays, 6 service hoists and eight service staff. While, the showroom is helmed by nine sales staff.

With the inclusion of the newest dealership, Proton now has a total of 79 outlets nationwide with 3S/4S status. Proton is obviously chasing for lost time to improve their brand status to a new generation of customers. All dealerships have to conform to Proton’s current Corporate look, amongst other things. Proton claims that they have the most 3S/4S outlets in the country.

Proton’s CEO Dr Li expressed, “At Proton, customers remain our main priority. We want them to walk in to any outlet and they could enjoy substantial level of customer satisfaction. With 79 outlets operating as 3S/4S nationwide, we would be able to serve all our customers’ need extensively all under one-roof.”

“The new development at Proton is really encouraging and exciting. It is evident that consumers have a changed perception of the brand now. It used to be that people shy away from the brand, but now, people are talking differently,” added Dato’ Yap Kat Boon, Director of Setia Auto Drive Sdn Bhd.

Proton continues to climb up the total sales ranking charts

The national car brand has announced they’ve obtained the no.2 spot in the sales TIV (Total Industry Volume) thanks in part to the growing popularity of the X70 SUV. The company’s overall sales growth has increased by 50.2% from January – April 2019, versus the same period last year. The X70 has thus far been extremely popular with over 27,000 units of bookings and 11,133 units delivered. Meanwhile, the 2019 Persona and Iriz have tallied over 4,000 unit of bookings in just a couple of months.
