Renault has introduced the newly-spec KADJAR with Energy TCe 165 petrol engine and a new ‘LIMITED’ limited-edition version of the Megane, based on the model’s core-range ZEN equipment level.
The list of powerplants available for the KADJAR has been extended with the addition of the Energy TCe 165 petrol engine which delivers 240Nm torque from 2,000rpm for particularly nimble pick-up and pull-away acceleration. Mated to a six-speed manual gearbox, it can be specified for the model’s INTENS and limited-edition Black Edition versions.
The Renault KADJAR Intens Energy TCe 165 retails for 30,400 Euros, while the Black Edition Energy TCe 165 goes for 32,100 euros.
Renault’s French sales network has taken advantage of its special promotional weekend on 16 – 20 March to introduce a new limited-edition Megane, namely the Megane Limited. Based on the model’s ZEN equipment level, it features exterior styling enhancements such as extra-tinted rear windows, 17-inch Dark Anthracite Exception wheels and Etoilé Black door mirror housings (irrespective of body color), plus electrically-folding door mirrors and specific chrome LIMITED wing badge.
Inside, the equipment list includes R-Link navigation complete with seven-inch display and an electronic assist parking brake. This attractive, competitively-priced package costs just 400 euros more than the basic ZEN version, which equates to a saving to the customer of 4.5 percent.
The Renault Megane Limited is offered with five engine options; Energy TCe 100, Energy TCe 130, Energy TCe 130 EDC, Energy dCi 110 and Energy dCi 110 EDC.
The Base edutuin Renault Megane Limited Energy TCe 100 retails from 21,600 euros, the Megane Limited Energy TCe 130 is tagged 23,800 euros, Megane Limited Energy TCe 130 EDC is 25,400 euros, Megane Limited Energy dCi 110 goes with a value of 26,000 euros, and last but not least, the Megane Limited Energy dCi 110 EDC fetches 27,600 euros.
