DSC_7993_exposure_resize For a month and a half, Shell Malaysia is inviting the citizens to participate in the Shell nationwide survey at specially selected shopping mall venues. The Shell nationwide survey is an initiative spearheaded by one of the largest Oil & Gas companies to further understand its customer needs, as well as to obtain relevant feedbacks on its products and services.

Having kicked off on 18 May at the Berjaya Times Square, the Shell nationwide survey then hit the Curve on Sunday. Next on the agenda is the Malacca (Melaka) Mahkota Parade from 24 – 26 May, followed by roadshows at Aeon Jusco Tebrau, Johor Bahru from 1 – 2 June; Matta Fair, Majlis Perbandaran Seremban from 7 – 9 June; Penang Queensbay Mall 15 – 16 June; and ending at the Kuantan East Coast Mall 22 – 23 June. The Shell nationwide survey ends proper on 9 July.

The Shell nationwide survey aims to understand what value-added experiences matter to domestic motorists to enhance their experience at the forecourt, friendly services, a range of quality Shell fuels and convenience shopping with the advantage of its loyalty programs; with partners Bonuslink.

Shell nationwide survey participants, 150 individuals selected on a weekly basis, stand a chance to pick up cash prizes of up to RM1,000 and a Shell gift pack worth RM150. Just head on over to your nearest Shell station, pump fuel and fill up a survey form and drop off the form into the prepared box with a receipt to stand an opportunity for the RM1,000 cash prize + RM150 Shell gift pack. Over the survey period, Shell will reward some 1200 customers and give away over RM1.3 milion.

Another opportunity to participate in the Shell nationwide survey is to look out for the Shell “Pop-up” truck that’ll be making its rounds at high traffic malls nationwide. The Shell “pop-up” truck will give the public a chance to step into the world of Shell and grab special Shell deals, as well as understand Shell Lubricants’ formulation that helps to effectively clean your car’s engine. Additionally, there would be a session on fuel savings through the Target One Million online game. Complimentary premium coffee would be served to the public who visits the Shell “pop-up” truck at the selected venues.
