2016_Subaru XV Concept Subaru is pitting the XV Concept for its world debut at the upcoming Geneva Motorshow from 3 – 13 March. The Subaru XV Concept is set for its world premiere at the Geneva Motor show’s press briefing on 1 March.

The Subaru XV’s current line-up for global markets consists of the 2.0D Premium, 2.0i Premium Roofrail, 2.0i Premium, 1.6i Premium Roofrail and 1.6i Premium. Domestically, Motor Image Malaysia has launched the enhanced version of the Subaru XV in two variations, 2.0i and 2.0i Premium. The XV 2.0i and XV 2.0i Premium are priced at RM121,000 and RM125,000, respectively. A six-color palette is valid for the Subaru XV: Pure White, Ice Silver Metallic, Desert Khaki, Tangerine Orange Pearl, Dark Grey Metallic and Obsidian Black Pearl.

On the outside, the new XV features Subaru’s hexagon grille and C-shaped headlights, coupled with sharper contour lines running along the front bumper, foglights and rearlights. New rear combination lights and 17-inch sport wheels complete the XV’s sportier and sleeker exterior.

Interior has been enhanced with a premium cluster display to greet the driver upon entering the car, alongside quality leather wrapping around the seats and leather shift boot. The interior accentuate finesse in the smallest parts such as the orange stitches and a redesigned steering.

2016 Subaru XV is powered by the marque’s renowned 2.0-liter four-cylinder Horizontally-Opposed Boxer engine that offers a responsive drive coupled with exemplary fuel economy. Producing 150PS of horsepower and 196 Nm of torque, the upgraded Subaru XV is able to achieve a fuel consumption of 7.9-liter/100km.
