Since the establishment of the Renault brand in Malaysia under TC Euro Cars, a subsidiary of Tan Chong group, in 2003, the French marque has gained an encouraging footing in the Malaysian automotive circle thanks to TC Eurocars’ firm commitment in delivering the utmost care and attention to increase the Renault range of vehicles and continue improvising Renault’s After Sales services and Ownership Experience programs.
The new Service hub located in Section 13, Petaling Jaya is a fully equipped Renault service centre featuring 15 work bays, a air-conditioned waiting lounge with wi-fi and Astro services and even a shuttle service for customers who wish to leave their cars at the hub and return later. At the Service hub, your Renault wiill be given tender care and justifiable services by specially trained technicians, including technical coordinators (co-techs) who are certified by Renault after 3 months of training in Singapore. The co-techs, numbering only six in all Malaysia and assisted by Electro-Mechanics, are charged with overlooking all the technical aspects of Renault vehicle maintenance and repair.
