The Lexus ES, for the domestic market, comes in three versions: the ES250, ES250 Luxury and ES 300h. The most obvious update for the 2015 Lexus ES is the front-end, with a more pronounced Spindle grille and refreshed LED headlights taking precedence.
Moving to the inside, the 2015 Lexus ES takes on similar but updated interior features that further accentuate the cabin’s refinement and overall elegance. Now standard for all Lexus ES versions, the Maple Wood trim is a welcome addition in creating that luxurious ambient and elegant effect within the confines of the updated Lexus ES.
Apart from the front fascia and interior improvements, the 2015 Lexus ES is offered with greater number of safety features and among the ample safety features, the two features that stand out are the Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Hill Start Assist.
Lexus Malaysia has already begun taking orders for the new Lexus ES in late July and so far, there were 100 units booked, with the ES250 Luxury fulfilling the most numbers. The company targets 750 units of the Lexus ES for the remainder of the year. In totality, Lexus M’sia has accumulated approximately 1,000 units across the variants, as at July. The total cumulative sales across the line-ups for the year has been set at 2,200 units. Lexus M’sia incidentally ranks in the top three of the Luxury Vehicle sales in the country.
The Lexus ES is available for view and test drive at all showrooms nationwide, with prices ranging from RM259,200 to RM356,000, excluding insurance and additional charges. The Lexus ES 300h, powered by the Hybrid Drive System, now comes with an 8-year battery warranty. For more information, please log on to Lexus.com.my or call the toll-free line at 1800 88 53987.
