The new Suzuki Swift Sport embodies the brand’s sporty profile and has always held a special place in Suzuki’s lineup since the first generation launched in 2005. The Swift Sport premiering at the Frankfurt Motor show will be in its third generation guise.

The 3rd-generation Swift Sport offers higher levels of running, turning, and stopping performance than the standard Swift on which it’s based; it’s the performance flagship of the Swift series. It went into production in Japan in 2005 and in Hungary in 2006. The experience it gives during sporty driving and everyday motoring have earned it devoted fans in around 40 countries and territories around the world.

The new Swift Sport, into its third generation, shares the same DNA as its predecessor. It reflects the concept of developing a refined sport compact, since it was first introduced in 2010. Befitting its status as the new performance flagship of the Swift series, the Swift Sport offers the pursuit of even better handling, driving performance, and environmental compatibility and an uncompromising focus on quality. It offers an incomparably rewarding experience of Suzuki’s sporty DNA. Accordingly, the new Swift Sport has undergone a complete redesign and delivers an all-new level of excitement for sport minded drivers across the world.

Previously, the Swift Sport came standard with a choice of four standard metallic paint finishes and was equipped with seven airbags, cruise control, High Intensity Discharge headlights, rear privacy glass and 17-inch alloy wheels. In addition to satellite navigation and DAB radio, the Swift Sport also has voice recognition, Bluetooth and music streaming compatibility.

The new Swift Sport is set to be revealed at the Suzuki press conference during the show’s press day on 12 September. at Stand B12, Hall 9.0. The 67th Frankfurt Motor show will be held at Messe Frankfurt, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, from 14 to 24 September.
