Ferrari has opened its doors for enthusiasts all over the world with the announcement of the Universo Ferrari exhibition center at the Fiorano Circuit. Universo Ferrari gives people the chance to view the entire universe of the Prancing Horse all within the month of September.
The doors of Universo Ferrari will be open to fans and enthusiasts on the weekends of 21 – 22, 28 – 29 September. Exclusive tours are available as well.
An unprecedented exhibition itinerary offers visitors a fully immersive experience on everything Ferrari. The itinerary begins with the overriding passion of Ferrari’s founder Enzo and racing as the root of the Prancing horse. At the center of a large hall, visitors come face to face with the SF90, the single-seater currently being used in Formula 1. Ferrari is most successful F1 squad of all-time, having entered the series in 1950. This year, the Prancing horse is observing its 90th anniversary.
Moving along, there’s the Classic room where classic Ferraris are displayed; the classics are maintained and upkept by experts who restore and maintain these cars to perfection. The undisputed star of this room is the 250 GTO from 1962, one of Ferrari’s most famous cars coveted by many a collector.
It’s a dream for many to own a Ferrari, at the Universo Ferrari, there’s a room dedicated to owners or community. This room’s first area is dedicated to the Ferrari lifestyle, highlighted by the presence of a 2016 LaFerrari Aperta. The second area is dedicated to the spirit of competition, featuring a 2017 FXX-K Evo. Both areas show the two sides of Ferrari customers: GT lifestyle and Corse Clienti & Competizioni GT.
Next stop is the Trophy room which features the Le Mans prizes and a 488 GTE. At the center stage is of course the SF90 Stradale, the very latest Ferrari and first series-production hybrid supercar in a Prancing horse badge. Last but not least, the Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2 models from 2018. These cars are the forefathers of Icona, a new limited-production special series that bridges the past and the future of the brand.
