2018 Honda Odyssey joins line-up

Honda Malaysia today introduced a fresh variation of its large MPV, the Odyssey. The 2018 Honda Odyssey comes equipped with Honda SENSING, the third model to incorporate the advanced technology after the CR-V and Accord.

With the Honda SENSING, the MPV has added safety and assistive systems such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS).

Complementing the exceptional safety features in the MPV, the 2018 Odyssey has upgraded exterior befitting the deluxe status in its class. The outward appearance is enhanced with new front bumper, new front grille, new LED rear lights designs, LED fog lights, new 17-inch Dual Tone wheels, Auto Retractable Door Mirror and auto dim rear view mirror.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Inside, the Odyssey is all about comfort and ample space. There’s a bigger armrest for the driver seat, 4-Way Passenger Power Seat, added storage and enhanced utility as well as bigger headrest for its Premium Captain Cradle Seats with Ottoman on the second row to boost comfort and enjoyment for the passengers especially during long journeys. The Ultra-Low Floor Platform of the Odyssey eases passenger ingress and egress in addition to enabling this MPV to have a spacious cabin.

A 2.4-liter DOHC i-VTEC engine with Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) churns a smoother acceleration at start and at the same time, ensures fuel efficiency regardless whether driving on city roads or on highways.

 

 

The 2018 Odyssey is offered in only a 2.4L EXV variant at RM254,800 without insurance. Three colors are on the table, including two new hues Platinum White Pearl and Premium Twinkle Black Pearl, while the Super Platinum Metallic is an existing hue. It comes with 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage and a service interval of 10,000km.
