Perodua Alza updated for the year

National carmakers Perodua has announed the FL Alza compact MPV to appease young families and related buyers.

As an affordable MPV, the 2018 Alza retails between RM51,490 to RM62,690 (exclude insurance) in these variants: Standard (MT), Standard (AT), SE (AT) and Advance (AT) variants.

The 2018 Alza carries the similar 1.5 liter DVVT engine, paired to either a five-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.

What’s new with Perodua Alza 2018

The refreshed items for the 2018 Alza include a redesigned instrument panel graphics, a new-look center cluster and a two-motion remote control key. A much improved a/c flow to the third row thanks to fixed fins between the front center air vents, amongst others.

Exterior-wise, all Alzas get front fog lights, a rear spoiler, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, window tint, reverse sensors and 15-inch Silver wheels (for Standard), Titanium are reserved for Alza SE and Advance.

In addition, a new audio system is available standard abd SE Alzas. For top-trimmed Alzas, there are a new front bumper with a larger lower intake, a new twin-bar front grille, side skirts and rear bumper with tailgate garnish.

Inside, Alza SE and Advance get fresh leather seats, front
corner sensors and a roof-mounted monitor along with an
Android-based touch-screen multimedia system (Advance).

The Alza comed with a five-year/150,000 km warranty. Colors on the palette are Granite Grey (Alza SE and Advance), Ivory White, Glittering Silver, Mystical Purple and Electric Blue.
