Petron Malaysia introduces Blaze 100

Petron Blaza 100_3 Petron Malaysia has finally introduced their newest product, the Blaze 100, to the Malaysian population. The Petron Blaze 100, with RON 100 derivative, offers a stark difference when compared to  RON95 and RON97 fuels; depending on the type of vehicles, obviously. Most motorists won’t be able to differentiate the RON 100 from either the 95 or 97, unless they are driving a ‘Bonafide’ sports car or Super Sports.

In efforts to raise their relatively infant identity in the country, Petron Malaysia aims to change the perception of motorists across their current fuel products and now, the Blaze 100 premium fuel or better known as the Blaze 100 Euro 4M. To mark the official introduction of the Blaza 100, Petron M’sia pulled out all the stops and invited the recognizable Porsche Club Malaysia to grace the press event.

What’s the fuss about the Petron Blaze 100? Containing a Research Octane Number (RON) of 100, which is the highest in the market currently, Petron’s Blaze 100 Euro 4M is claimed to have exceptional resistance to “engine knocking” which damages car or motorcycle engines. Engine knocking results in uneven fuel burn and greater fuel consumption.

Blaze 100 Euro 4M is formulated with Tri-Activ, a triple action formula that delivers better power, better engine protection and better mileage. The high performance fuel provides excellent engine responsiveness, optimum power and acceleration. It also enables exceptional cleaning action to maintain engine efficiency and better fuel economy.

As per its designation, the Blaze 100 high performance fuel also meets Euro 4M specifications resulting in less emissions and better air quality. The high octane Blaze 100 fuel gives unparalleled engine power and unleash the full potential of most vehicles, including those with emission control systems such as catalytic converters and older vehicles.

The new Petron Blaze 100 Euro 4M fuel is locally produced at its Port Dickson Refinery under the most stringent quality controls.

Petron’s Blaze 100 Euro 4M is initially made available at eight stations in the Klang Valley and Johor, with further stations lining up to provide the Blaze 100 in due time. The eight Petron stations that carry Blaze 100 are: Petron Mile 3, Federal Highway; Petron Taman Tun Dr Ismail; Petron Damansara Kayu Ara; Petron Kesas West Bound; Petron Jalan MaarofPetron Sg Besi Toll South Bound; Petron Skudai Toll North Bound; and Petron Linkedua South Bound. The introductory price per liter for the Petron Blaze 100 is tagged at RM2.80.
