The new generation of SUVs by Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia ends the year on a high with the announcement of the latest-generation GLC. Mercedes-Benz GLC 200 & GLC 300 4MATIC

The newest GLC has its recognizable characteristics like the sculpted surfaces, chrome fixtures, redesigned LED headlights, familiar grille, and 20-inch 5-twin-spoke wheels. GLC300 has even more striking details such as striking like black design elements, the 20-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke heels and Multibeam LED headlights, as well as a panoramic sliding sunroof.

On the inside, the Mercedes-Benz GLC 200 and GLC 300 4MATIC are adorned with the Exclusive Line and AMG Line packages, respectively. Both SUVs come with the illuminated door sills whereby the word “Mercedes-Benz” is illuminated in brilliant white, set in a machined stainless steel panel on the door sill. The ARTICO Leather upholstery in both the SUVs makes seats even plusher for passengers. The MBUX is complemented by a fully-digital 12.3-inch instrument cluster with display styles (Classic, Progressive and Sporty) and the 10.25-inch touchscreen.

The 2.0-liter turbo pushes 197 hp) and 320 Nm of torque on the GLC200, and 258 hp and 370 Nm of torque on the GLC 300.

As SUVs, both GLCs have a high ground clearance, but the GLC 300 has Agility Control and passive damping to aid ride comfort and stability.

If you desire a more powerful GLC then choose the GLC 300 Coupe. Ths SUV/Coupe combo is an all-rounder, paired with the AMG Line exterior. Highlights include sport aprons, 20-inch AMG wheels, Multibeam LED headlights and the famous diamond radiator grille, a Mercedes-AMG signature. From the rear, the GLC 300 Coupé is fixed with an intriguing tailpipe trim integrated into the bumper and streamlined LED rear lights. The Coupe-like GLC takes up the similar 2,0-liter turbo. Interior offerings are similar to the GLC 300, saved for the leather upholstery and the light longitudinal-grain aluminum trim. Lastly, sports suspension with Pre-Safe system is standard on the GLC 300 Coupe.
