The Renault Koleos is now Facelifted

The Renault Koleos was launch in Malaysia back in March 2018, and after 1 year and 8 months later, TC Euro Cars (TCEC) finally launch the updated Renault Koleos. The new Renault Koleos is now available in 2 different variants – the high-end Koleos and the luxurious Koleos Signature – priced at RM179,888 and RM189,888 respectively (on-the-road inclusive of SST, without insurance, for private registration in Peninsular Malaysia).

For buyers who make the booking in November, they will be able to enjoy trade-in rewards, along with a free service package for 5 years or 100,000km whichever comes 1st. Renault also provided customers who wanted to own the Renault Koleos with subscription plans to experience the Renault Koleos.

There are 2 plans available for the subscription plan, namely the Fixed Plan and the Switch Plan. The Fixed Plan offers customers to experience the Renault Koleos for a 1 to 2 years duration starting from RM 2,299 per month including of road tax, insurance, and regular servicing. For the Switch Plan, customers pay a monthly sum as low as RM 1,999, and they get to experience the Captur all the way to the recently added Megane R.S. 280 Cup on a daily basis within their subscription period.

What’s new with the updated Renault Koleos?

On the outside, there are new front bumper featuring a full-width chrome detailing that extends all the way to the fog lamps on each side with 2-tone finishing. Rear bumper have also been updated with the same chrome trims and 2-tone finishing as the front.

There are new 19-inch rim design on the Koleos Signature while the Koleos variant will get a new 18-inch rim design. To top it all off, there are new colour options available like the Amethyst Black, Millesime Red, and Ultra Silver added to the existing Universal White and Black Metallic.

On the inside, the new Renault Koleos now feature power seats for both driver and front passenger. For the rear seats, it has now being updated with a two-step adjustable seat configuration to expand the knee room. Powered tailgates with height adjustable is now added for more convenience.

The infotainment for the updated Renault Koleos is now 8.7-inch R-LINK2 multimedia and finally offering both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Other than that, the powertrain and other standard equipment has been brought forward from the pre-facelift model of the Koleos.

Like all Renault mainstream vehicles, the new Koleos comes with a five-year full manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage. It also includes a free regular maintenance service package of five years or 100,000km (whichever comes first).
